* Scalable connector: a high-speed transmission automotive interface connector designed for expandability
* 32Gbps compatible Floating Connector (10163 series)
* Small Floating Connector for high current (10149 series)
As mobility becomes more sophisticated, the number of ECUs increases, and we are faced with issues such as more complex harness wiring, increased weight and cost, energy efficiency, and vehicle manufacturability and maintainability. In this context, IRISO offers a diverse range of products, centered on Floating Connector, to help resolve issues in the latest application “integrated ECU,” which is making a breakthrough.
These products will be exhibited at the Automotive Engineering Exposition, which will be held at Pacifico Yokohama from May 21st to 23rd.

The shielded structure option provides excellent EMC protection and supports up to 16 power poles and 301 signal poles. Ideal for connecting large-capacity data devices such as next-generation integrated ECUs.

This product is a small Board to Board Connectors capable of transmitting a large current of 30A per terminal.
The unique four-point contact structure suppresses temperature rise, and Floating structure with a range of Floating of ±1.0 mm contributes to easy Robot assembly and reduces the risk of damage due to misalignment.
