We conduct all kinds of tests to ensure the reliability and durability of our products under various environments such as shock, vibration, and slight sliding. We would like to introduce typical mechanical property testing equipment.

Vibration Tester

The connector is a test that confirms the influence (electrical specification and externals) received by the vibration. Moreover, the vibration examining with the set goods such as car audio (inside cycle vibration examination) and transporting it can have been considered, and it correspond also to the random vibration examination.

Fretting Corrosion Tester

It is a test that confirms the influence (electrical specification and externals) that the connector receives by minute sliding (movement of the point of contact in the slight range very limited).

Fretting Corrosion Toughness Testing Machine

Used for fine fretting corrosion toughness test. It is also possible to implement insertion/extraction durability tests(tens of thousands of times) of detach connectors, compression connectors, IC memory card connectors, etc.

Bump Testing Machines

It is a test that evaluates with the influence given to the connector by a continuous impact installed in the set goods such as car audio, and confirms the adaptability of the connector.

Intelligent Load Tester

It is used to measure the repetitive insertion/removal force of connectors, the contact pressure of contacts, and the holding force of contacts/pins to housings/bases.

Torque Gauge

It uses it for the threshold limit value of the angle of the chape of the connector and the measurement of rupture strength, etc.
