My name is Watanabe, and I am in charge of recruiting new graduates at IRISO.
From today, the ban on company briefings has been lifted, and I think that most of the students are half expecting and half anxious while filling out their schedules. With so many companies out there, you may be wondering which one is the right one for you.
By visiting various companies, you will surely find a company that suits you, so please take your time and face yourself.
I am also looking forward to meeting many students through this year's recruitment activities.

I would like to introduce our company a little.
We, IRISO, are a manufacturer that comprehensively performs "design, manufacturing and sales" of connectors, which are one of the electronic components.
Last year, thanks to you, we were listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and we are a company that is growing rapidly.

In particular, it is highly evaluated in the automotive field where high reliability is required, and further expansion of demand is expected in the future due to the spread of electric and hybrid vehicles.

This year, we would like to actively hire people who want to grow the company together with us and take on the challenge of personal growth.
