I am Egawa from the Human Resources Department.

The job hunting season has reached the halfway point, but how are the students doing?
After visiting various companies, you may have solidified your thoughts about the industry and occupation you want to pursue.

The other day, our company held a summer festival with young employee volunteers at the center.
At this event, which is held every year in August, many projects such as "Bingo Tournament" and "Opening a store" were prepared so that all employees could enjoy it together, and it was a lively event that blew away the heat.

In addition to the summer festival, we have many company events.

• Cherry blossom viewing in April
• July Thank-you party (Foundation commemoration)
• August Noryo Festival
• December Christmas family tour
• January New Year ceremony

These company-wide events provide a place for interdepartmental exchanges with departments that do not have contact with each other in their daily work, and also a place to express their gratitude to their daily co-workers.
By having all of our employees gather together, we were able to cultivate the energy to tackle the second half of fiscal 2016 with all our might.

IRISO will continue to forge ahead as a team.
