HR blog update: [New employee training] Practical training at Ibaraki Plant 1

I am Egawa from the Human Resources Department.

Two months have passed since the ban on job hunting was lifted. How are you doing, students?
After visiting various companies, you may have solidified your thoughts about the industry and occupation you want to pursue.
Our company briefing session is scheduled to be full. If you would like to participate, please apply as soon as possible.

We hope that you will be able to learn more about our company at our company information session.

Now,
This year's new employees, both humanities and science majors, who joined the company on April 1st, are currently undergoing their training at our Ibaraki Plant.
The factory training will run until the end of June, during which the trainees will rotate through each department in the factory and learn about the manufacturing process of connector products on site and with actual products.
(The photo shows a practical training session on quality control.)

When I return to the company, I will learn "technical knowledge of connector products" in the product design department, regardless of whether I am in the humanities or sciences, so the knowledge of the manufacturing process at the factory will be utilized.

At our company, all processes of “designing, manufacturing, and selling” products are made in-house.
For new graduates, we also conduct training for about a year in order to develop them into employees with a broad perspective.
Please keep checking our blog for updates as the training progresses.
