The other day, we held a ceremony to commemorate the 50th anniversary of our founding and listing on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange at Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel.

Every year, on the anniversary of our company's founding, we hold a "thank you party" for the purpose of conveying our gratitude to our employees. It was a grand event.

A large number of staff members rushed from various locations around the world to reflect on the company's 50-year history and the founder, Mr. Sato's passion for the business and employees.

I believe that this unity is our strength.
