Notice of establishment of local subsidiary in India

IRISO ELECTRONICS has established “IRISO ELECTRONICS INDIA PVT. LTD." (Bangalore, Karnataka, India) in September 2023.

Aiming to become a truly global company, we are proceeding with a three-year medium-term management plan ending in March 2024. One of our key strategies is to develop new markets by anticipating customer and market needs. “ Strengthening of overseas sales structure & Support" is one of our priority measures, and we are actively pursuing initiatives around the world.

India is experiencing remarkable growth in the automobiles and industrial markets. By establishing a local subsidiary in India, we will be able to understand the needs of customer, market promptly and accurately and effectively enhance our sales structure. 

Since our founding, we have consistently focused on meeting customer and market needs. As a comprehensive connector manufacturer, we provide supports for a wide range of electronic devices, including automotive, industrial and consumer equipment’s. We have worked to develop products that are easy to use and work with. In the future, we will continue to strive to realize "connections" that exceed the expectations of society and our customers.
