Announcement of "13065/13103 Series" compact wire harness connectors compatible with a wide variety of devices

2024年10月4日、イリソ電子工業（本社：神奈川県横浜市、代表取締役：鈴木 仁）は、車載機器ワイヤーハーネスコネクタ「13065（2列タイプ）/13103（1列タイプ）シリーズ」を発表しました。
従来のハーネス端子「0.64㎜端子」に代わり「0.5㎜端子」を採用し当社従来品に対して基板専有体積を約55％のダウンサイズ（13065シリーズ）、電動化進むモビリティー市場において小型・軽量化を実現いたします。また、過酷な環境で使用される、建設機械や農業機械のパワートレイン機器の内部接続や、FA機器等においても高耐熱対応、堅牢な強度で安心してご使用いただけます。

Major features

Feature 1: Small and robust

It is heat resistant up to 125°C and has through-hole type reinforcing metal fittings to increase the strength of the board fixing, allowing it to be used in harsh environments.

Feature 2: Excellent contact reliability

The adoption of a three-contact structure ensures stable contact. In addition, the two dimple contacts arranged in the same straight line provide a wiping effect that removes foreign matter.

Feature 3: High insertion/removal workability

A bridge is provided around the lock lever to ensure space for gripping the harness during insertion and removal, and to prevent deformation that occurs when the harness is bundled. Three types of keying are also provided to prevent incorrect Mating.
