Our vibration-resistant connector "Z-Move structure" was featured in a video by electrical engineering YouTuber Ichiken.

This video provides a detailed explanation of the hybrid system's configuration, the internal structure of the PCU (Power Control Unit), and the evolution of next-generation PCU technology, while disassembling the inverter. In it, our "Z-Move structure" connector is highlighted as a highly vibration-resistant connector designed for use in harsh vibration environments, particularly on the control board placed on the power module.

"Z-Move structure" is a connector that, in addition to Floating structure that Floating movement in the XY axis, adds a structure Floating in the Z axis while the contacts remain fixed, enabling it to absorb minute substrate amplitudes caused by resonance at high vibration frequencies. This prevents a decrease in contact reliability due to micro-sliding wear.
