IRISO Establishes Subsidiary and Starts Operations in South Korea
On April 1, 2026, IRISO ELECTRONICS., CO. LTD. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, President＆CEO: Hitoshi Suzuki) announced that the company has established "IRISO ELECTRONICS KOREA CO., LTD." (Anyang, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea), a new subsidiary in South Korea, and just started operations since April 1, 2026.
South Korea, where we have now established a new subsidiary, is a country with strong growth potential in areas such as cutting-edge mobility, advanced robotics, and semiconductors, as they have been included in the national industry strategy. Although the Korean business was operated as a branch of the Hong Kong sales company, by opening this new subsidiary, we will build a stronger sales team to better understand customer needs in the growing market.
