Announcement of "11010 Series" Board to Board Connectors for 3GHz/6GHz Automotive Cameras

On May 11, 2026, IRISO ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President＆CEO: Hitoshi Suzuki) announced the release of the "11010 series" board to board connectors with a 0.4mm pitch and high-speed transmission capability.

In recent years, while electronic devices, such as those used in cars and industrial machinery, have been becoming smaller and more compact over time, the demand for high-speed transmission has increased even further. In the internal and inter-device connections of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems), including automotive cameras, achieving both space savings and high-speed transmission has become a crucial challenge.

To meet these needs, we developed the "11010 series," a rigid (non-Floating) type connector that offers significantly low profile and space savings compared to Floating Connector of the same pitch, while supporting high-speed transmission of up to 16.0 Gbps*.

Furthermore, it boasts a large effective Mating of 0.3 mm for Mating height of 2 mm, achieving both high connection reliability and superior performance.

Main Features

Feature 1: Radiation countermeasures

Designed for high-speed and high-frequency applications, it optimizes board layout, strengthens grounding, and provides shielding to suppress EMI and improve EMC performance.

Feature 2: Capable of transmitting data at a maximum of 16Gbps.

This connector features a compact design, impedance control, and low loss, supporting high-speed differential signal transmission up to 16Gbps*.

Feature 3: Can be used in high-temperature environments up to 125°C.

By employing high-performance materials and connector structures, it achieves an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C. It offers reliable contact even in high-temperature environments, without restrictions on the mounting location or environment of the system and connector.
