Autonomous driving high-speed connector
[10143 Series] Connectors that are ideal for connecting ADAS and ECU applications that are necessary for realizing autonomous driving. A Board to Board Connector type "hybrid" concept that achieves both high-speed transmission and a Floating structure with an unprecedented Floating amount (XY direction ±0.8mm Floating). A power supply terminal that also functions as a fixing bracket is mounted on both ends of the connector, realizing miniaturization and miniaturization of the connector.
Wire harness connector for BMS connection
[13065 series] Connector for interface that is most suitable for internal connection of BMS. 2.0mm pitch. 050 terminals (tab size 0.5mmx0.3mm, ultra-compact crimp terminals with box structure) are used to achieve miniaturization, low profile profile, and high density. 3 types of keying are implemented. Resonance compatible connector lineup
[Z-Move structure ™ Series] A series that uses IRISO unique Floating structure technology "Z-Move structure ™". The contacts Floating in the Z direction while remaining fixed. High-speed FPC connector lineup for ECU connection
[Auto I-Lock structure Series] FFC connector that enables high-speed transmission and is ideal for connecting ECUs. Compatible with shielded FFC. 0.5mm pitch, NON-ZIF type. Equipped with a shield to take EMC countermeasures into consideration. Optimized contact structure supports transmission range over 20Gbps. Auto I-Lock structure that is difficult to remove but easy to remove. Employs a drop-out prevention structure that locks at the same time as the FFC card is inserted, contributing to Robot assembly.
