2019 International Robot Exhibition (iREX2019)

We exhibited at the Mitsubishi Electric booth at the "2019 International Robot Exhibition (iREX2019)" held at Tokyo Big Sight for four days from December 18th (Wednesday) to 21st (Saturday), 2019.

With the theme "Using IRISO connectors allows robots to be used on production sites," a robot assembly demonstration was conducted in the same booth (S1-03) with the cooperation of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. Fully automated assembly of High-Mix Low-Volume was reproduced, starting from the state immediately after components were mounted on the board.

IRISO' Z-Move structure ™ technology addresses vibration resonance

This is a 2.00mm pitch, board-to-board (Board to Board Connector ™) Z Floating Floating structure type connector for internal connections, designed for use in environments with severe vibration.
Employs IRISO 's unique Floating structure technology "Z-Move structure ™" (registered trademark). The Z-axis Floating while the contacts remain fixed. This connector has excellent vibration and shock resistance. It reduces stress on soldering parts caused by vibration (resonance) and shock. It greatly improves workability and reliability.
