What is 2-Point Contact?
IRISO' "2-Point Contact" is a concept that has two contact points on the same line. It removes foreign matter such as floating particles and scattered flux, and ensures stable contact with reliable wiping.
Furthermore, even if one of the terminal contacts is placed on top of an object, the other terminal contact of the two-point contact connector will remain conductive, preventing poor contact.
The use of a two-point contact connector increases contact reliability, improving yield and contributing to total cost reduction.
Advantages of using 2-point contact connectors
Various problems can be solved by using a two-point contact connector.
- 2-Point Contact (two contacts on the same line) prevents poor contact.
- Foreign matter is removed during Mating even in environments where dirt is likely to occur.
- Improves yield and contributes to total cost reduction.
