MSA（Multi-source agreements）

An agreement between multiple manufacturers to produce compatible products between vendors in order to establish a competitive market for interoperable products. It acts as a de facto standard/standard.
It can be said that it is an intermediate product between the de facto standard and the standardized product, which was created by agreement of the major players in the industry.
