What is Z-Move structure?
IRISO "Z-Move structure" connector features Floating structure Floating movement in the XY axis direction, as well as a structure Floating movement in the Z axis while the contacts remain fixed. This allows it to absorb minute substrate amplitudes caused by resonance at high vibration frequencies, preventing a decrease in contact reliability due to micro-sliding wear.

10120 series
This 2.0mm pitch, Z-Move structure Floating Floating structure Stacking connection (ST/ST) Board to Board Connector connector is designed for use in severe vibration environments. 10127 series
The "10127 Series" connector is a Board to Board Connector connector (2.0mm pitch, Floating in the Z direction) for internal connections developed for drive powertrain applications required for Electric car such as EVs, PHVs, and HVs as a result of the electrification of automobiles. It employs IRISO proprietary Floating structure technology, "Z-Move structure," designed for use in severe vibration environments. The Z-axis Floating while the contacts remain fixed, making this a connector with excellent vibration and shock resistance.
10128 series
0.8mm pitch, Z Floating Floating structure type Stacking connection Board to Board Connector connector for connection in equipment intended for use in harsh vibration environments. Floating 0.5mm Floating in X-Y direction in structure. 0.02mm resonance amplitude and 0.5mm effective Mating length in Z direction. Employs two-point contact for reliable removal of foreign matter even in tough environments. 125°C rated product for use in high-temperature environments.
