While contributing to society as stated in the management philosophy, we have declared our support for building a society where human rights are respected and ensure that the following initiatives are implemented.
We provide every employee with a written employment contract that specifies the terms and conditions of employment in their native language or a language they understand. We also guarantee that employment is based on free choice, and employees have the right to leave their positions at their own directions.
We strictly prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or inhumane prison labor, as well as slavery or human trafficking. Furthermore, we do not engage in the transportation, harboring, recruitment, transfer, or receipt of individuals through threats, coercion, abduction, or fraud.
We do not tolerate any unreasonable restrictions imposed on entry, exit and movement within the premises, nor on the use of available facilities.
We do not require employees to pay recruitment fees or any employment-related costs during the hiring process. If we become aware of such expenses, we will reimburse employees or candidates accordingly.
We do not conceal or confiscate government-issued identification, passports, visas, work permits, or immigration documents from employees, nor do we restrict their use of such documents.
We do not employ any children who are below whichever is the highest of the following: the minimum working age set by local laws and regulations, the age for completing compulsory education, or the age set by the International Labour Organization (ILO), which is 15 years or older.
We do not assign young workers under the age of 18 to hazardous work that could endanger their health or safety, including night shifts or overtime.
If any violation of these regulations is identified, we will take immediate action to safeguard the affected individual and provide support through educational and living assistance
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, skin color, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity or nationality, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation or opinion, union membership, marital status, or any other reason in matters related to employment, wages, promotion, compensation, or education, nor do we conduct any investigations or tests that could be used for discriminatory purposes.
We respect the human rights of all employees and strictly prohibit any form of inhumane treatment including mental, sexual, physical or verbal abuse, coercion or harassment. We also provide reasonable accommodations for religious practices and disabilities.
We recognize employees' right to freely form or join labor unions in accordance with the laws and regulations of each country, and we equally respect their right to refrain from such activities.
Employees or labor representatives must be able to openly communicate with management regarding opinions and concerns about working conditions and their practices, and bargain collectively without fear of discrimination, retaliation, intimidation or harassment.
All employees shall receive equal pay for work of equal value and equivalent qualifications.
We comply with the laws and regulations of each country regarding all remuneration, including minimum wage, overtime pay, and legally mandated allowances and wage deductions.
When making payments, we provide a pay slip that include all necessary details to verify that the payment is appropriate.
We do not require employees, whether permanent, temporary, dispatched, or outsourced workers, to work beyond the limits set by the laws and regulations of each country, nor do we force them to work overtime. We also ensure proper management of working hours and holidays.
