ISO14001 is an international standard for "environment" established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1996.
It is possible to build a system to continuously improve the environmental impact caused by the activities, products and services of organizations (companies, various organizations, etc.), and to build a PDCA cycle to continuously improve the system. is requested.
Among them, it is expected to reduce harmful environmental impacts and increase beneficial environmental impacts.
As a company, we have established rules that will never cause harmful environmental impacts, carry out daily monitoring activities, and carry out beneficial environmental activities that can contribute to society.
Environmental Policy
IRISO ITP/ITPS, Production Technology Development Center and Ibaraki Plant have established an environmental management system for the business activities and products/services involved in the production of our main products, connectors and pins, and are promoting the following environmental activities.
1. We will mitigate and adapt to climate change by reducing CO2 and other greenhouse gases generated by our product production activities and promoting energy conservation, including the prevention of environmental pollution. and strive to protect the environment.2. We set environmental targets for the improvement activities of our original work in the organization, monitor and review the implementation status, and implement and maintain continuous improvement of the environmental management system in order to improve our environmental performance.
3. Comply with the requirements/agreement of environmental laws and regulations related to our company.
4. We will reduce harmful substances in our products from the design stage and promote green procurement.
5. We will educate our employees about environmental protection activities to improve their understanding and awareness of the environment.
