Initiatives for Quality Management System Standard ISO9001

ISO9001 is a quality management system established in 1987 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The purpose of ISO9001 is not only to "manufacture good products" but also to "manage a system for making (providing) good products and services". "Good products and services" means "products and services requested by customers". In other words, ISO 9001 is to establish a mechanism (system) aiming at "customer satisfaction" by providing good products and services.
As a company, we are working every day to consider the creation of a quality system that satisfies our customers.
