0.4mm pitch Floating Connector lineup for 3GHz/6GHz automotive cameras announced
On December 6, 2024, IRISO (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director: Hitoshi Suzuki) announced a compact Floating Connector that has a 0.4 mm pitch, small, low profile, space-saving design while providing high-speed transmission and Floating structure.
In recent years, the mobility market has become increasingly autonomous, and this product has specifications that are ideal for in-vehicle cameras, which play an important role in the market, and is compact and lightweight while supporting high-speed transmission.
Taking advantage of Floating structure, automation using robots is also possible, improving assembly ease and contributing to total cost reduction.

Feature 1: "Floating Connector Lineup" allows easy adjustment of the optical axis of the camera module
Proposed products: 10126 series, 10136 series
It has 0.4 mm Floating in the X and Y directions and an effective Mating of 0.7 mm (10126 series) or 0.85 mm (10136 series). Floating structure absorbs the optical axis adjustment required when assembling the camera module, significantly improving reliability and ease of assembly.
Feature 2: "High-speed transmission lineup" capable of transmitting at up to 10 Gbps
Proposed products: 10126 series, 10136 series, 11010 series, 11007 series
The 10126B/S series Floating structure and supports high-speed transmission of up to 8 Gbps *, while the 11007S series is smaller, specialized for high-speed transmission, and supports up to 10 Gbps *. Both series use the same shaped plug, allowing for greater design freedom.

Feature 3: Can be used in high temperature environments up to 125℃ "High temperature compatible lineup"

Designed for use as a sensing device both inside and outside the vehicle, it can withstand temperatures up to 125°C, allowing you to use it safely even in harsh high-temperature environments.
