2026.02.13New products

On February 13, 2026, IRISO Electronics Co., Ltd.(Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, CEO: Hitoshi Suzuki) announced a new product lineup - small FPC/FFC connectors for automotive displays.
In recent years, the automotive display market has been growing, and high‑resolution monitors have become more common. These trends have increased the needs for connectors used in TFT‑LCD, OLED, and micro‑LED displays to have a wider variety of shapes and performance features. In particular, in the automotive market where more applications such as head‑up displays (HUDs), center information displays (CIDs), vehicles with multiple displays, and curved or flexible displays have been adopted, reducing size and height is a key challenge because installation space is limited.
To meet these needs, IRISO Electronics offers a wide range of connectors designed for specific applications. The company provides connectors for automotive displays that meet the requirements of various markets, including the automotive and industrial markets.
Products Offered: 12004 Series and 12005 Series
In addition to the 12004 series, 0.4 mm‑pitch ZIF horizontal connectors with a low‑profile and compact design, we offer the 12005 series with an even more compact design, having the same 0.4 mm pitch. By laying them out on a single‑row, these connectors help reduce space needed when many are used.
This connector has a front‑flip structure that increases ease of operation, making connection work quick and simple. In addition, the two-point contact design improves contact reliability and ensures stable electrical signal transmission.
