Rated voltage

Rated voltage is the upper limit voltage for safe use of electronic devices and parts.
In connectors, it is determined by the presence or absence of resin between terminals and the creepage distance. In addition to that, IEC60664-1 standardizes rated voltages by categorizing them according to the degree of pollution. (Please also refer to the pollution degree item.)
