PLC actual machine assembly demonstration

In this video, two Mitsubishi Electric 6-axis articulated robots "MELFA FR series" are used.
We are doing a demonstration to assemble the actual PLC machine.
We are assembling in a form close to human work by the Coordinated actions of two robots.
By using Kowa Techmake's Multifaceted robot hand, each robot is given multiple functions, and everything from assembly to work alignment in Returnable Box is fully automated.
FPC / FFC Connectors 11501 series and 11600 series are mounted on the Internal board, realizing non-stop Automation Insert of FPC card by robot.
In addition, the 10109 series is mounted on the connection of the main board, and the Floating structure connects while absorbing mounting misalinment to complete the assembly of the set with a robot.

0.5mm pitch NON-ZIF RA type FFC connector compatible with shielded FFC that enables high-speed transmission of digital signals. Equipped with a shield to take EMC countermeasures into consideration. 10109 series

0.635mm pitch, Floating structure type Stacking connection (ST/ST) Board to Board Connector connector for high-speed transmission of digital signals. Floating (Floating structure) structure with 0.5mm X Y direction to 0.5mm Floating effective Mating length in Z direction. 3.0Gbps (typical reference value based on in-house definition) for high-speed transmission. Impedance matching: 100 Ω differential. various Mating height and employs a two-point contact for reliable removal of foreign matter even in tough environments.
