As the keyword "Smart Factory" indicates, the equipment used in factories is becoming more diverse than ever before, and its communication functions are becoming increasingly important.
In this context, the variety of board designs inside devices has led to a demand for greater freedom in board-to-board connection variations. IRISO has the largest variety of Floating Connector for Board to Board Connector connections in the industry, and we introduce some of them here.

0.635mm pitch, Floating structure type Right angle connection (ST/RA) Board to Board Connector connector for high-speed transmission of digital signals. Floating (Floating structure) structure with 0.5mm X Y direction to 0.5mm Floating effective Mating length in Z direction. 1.0Gbps (typical reference value based on in-house definition) for high-speed transmission. Impedance matching: Differential 100 Ω. Various Mating 2-point contact for reliable removal of foreign particles even in tough environment corresponding to high height.

Optimal connector for connecting ADAS and ECU applications necessary for realizing autonomous driving.
A Board to Board Connector type "hybrid" concept that achieves both a high-speed transmission of 25Gbps * and a Floating structure with an unprecedented amount of Floating (XY direction ±0.8mm Floating). A power supply terminal that also functions as a fixing bracket is mounted on both ends of the connector, realizing miniaturization and miniaturization of the connector.

10122 series

11.0mm pitch, Floating structure type Stacking connection (ST/ST) Board to Board Connector connector that adds high current capability to IRISO unique Floating structure technology. Floating (Floating structure) structure Floating of 1.0mm in the X direction and 0.5mm in the Y direction. Effective Mating of 0.5mm in the Z direction. Supports high current of 15A (600V, pollution level 2). Can contribute to improving workability of high current connections at multiple locations.

Floating(The Floating structure structure allows 0.4 mm Floating to X Y direction and 0.3 mm effective Mating length in the Z-direction. low profile Space-saving design with high-speed transmission capability of 8.0Gbps (typical reference value based on in-house definition).
